Hi I’m Rob Roberts, the Director for your local Dublcheck branch covering Llandudno & North Wales Coast Area. I successfully manage a multitude of cleaning contracts in the North Wales Coast Area. I have a fully operational team that can deliver whatever cleaning requirements you may have when you have them. We deliver a reliable, courteous service which my client’s can confirm I like nothing more than to achieve a great sense of pride and satisfaction in the way we clean. I have been a Franchisee since 1999 so have a great wealth of experience managing the clients needs delivering an excellent service.

Sean Roberts – Cleaning Supervisor & Telesales Team
My role is to assist Rob managing the work of the cleaning staff and I am also involved in the appointment of the cleaning staff. My duties include training, instructing and supervising whilst I also undertake as part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. To ensure all works carried out by the cleaning staff as set out in their job descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements. I have recently started a new role as Sales Representative which involves making appointment with new potential customer converting leads into new clients. My aim is to become Area Manager but first I must learn all aspect of the business.
